We are committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship throughout the United States.

All orders are shipped directly from our USA fulfillment facility.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Subscription orders are automatically processed according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout.

Customers may manage or cancel their subscription before their next billing date.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

The Macun King is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
