Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Subscription Orders

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account or by contacting our support team.

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before your next billing date.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, a damaged product, or an incorrect shipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
